  • CARP'S Contracting was established by myself, Todd Carpenter and my son, Jacob Carpenter. We service Elmira, NY and the surrounding areas.

  • We do a variety of work. Searching the above tabs will show you in depth the types of work we do. Our business targets four areas:

    Construction -- Our construction business is geared towards jobs that can be typically finished in two weeks or less. This includes roofing, garages, decks, and other such jobs.

    Maintenance -- This is geared toward typical ocasional needs for the homeowner or small business. Driveway sealing and pressure washing your house are two examples. Maintenance involves something you might need done annually, bi-annually, or whenever the need arises.

    Landscaping -- This is maintenance work that is geared toward lawn and garden. We mainly do periodic work, but we also do scheduled weekly lawn care for a limited number of clients.

    Hauling and Removal -- If you need something removed and hauled away, call us. This is typically a one-time event that covers a wide range of items.

  • We are organized and technical. We use the latest technology for planning, estimating and scheduling. We show up on time, and don't start multiple jobs at the same time. This is one of our strengths.

  • Our goal is return customers. This will happen with quality, professional and honest work.

  • We are fully insured with a 1 million dollar liability policy covering property damage or injury for all of the types of work advertised on this website.

  • We'll get rid of your junk, debris, old furniture, appliances, mattresses, bedsprings, drywall, old windows, building debris, shingles, bicycles and a lot more. We show up on time and we're in and out fast.

  • We cut up and haul away fallen trees. We can handle large diameters up to 6 feet in diameter. We also remove shrubs and bushes.

  • We can help you move if it's local to the Elmira region. We have the tools to do it right and take the utmost care not to damage your house or items.

  • Remodeling? We remove and haul away your remodeling demolition.

  • Do you have a plot of land that you want tilled or turned into a garden? We offer rototilling services at a fixed rate of $45/hr. There is a 1 hour minimum charge. Traveling charges added for work outside of Elmira / Horseheads.

  • We offer lawn care services such as mowing, edge trimming, weeding, and fertilizing at a fixed rate of $35/hr plus expenses such as fertilizer, gasoline, etc. There is a 1 hour minimum charge. Traveling charges added for work outside of Elmira / Horseheads.

  • No stump is too big! We grind them out. We do this at a fixed rate of $35/hour plus rental fee for stump grinder. Smaller stumps will be dug out by hand, saving stump grinder rental fee. We also landscape area where stump is removed with topsoil and seed.

  • Need help with leaf and brush removal? We do this at a fixed rate of $35/hour. There is a 1 hour minimum charge. Traveling charges added for work outside of Elmira / Horseheads.

  • We pressure wash houses, roofs, siding, windows, soffits, facia, decks, porches, sidewalks, driveways and trucks. We wash and wipe down windows with micro fiber cloths to remove streaks. This is priced by job.

  • We seal driveways as well as fill holes, cracks and do edging. This is priced by job.

  • We clean gutters. This is priced by job. We also offer scheduled seasonal cleaning services for repeat customers.

  • Do you need your roof replaced or repaired? We work hard and do the job right. We offer some of the lowest prices around. Give us a call to receive a free quote.

  • Are you looking into purchasing a shed or garage? We build custom sheds and garages that are tailored to our customers needs. This allows matching siding, shingle patterns, and colors.   • We build decks, porches, and patios of all sizes. We build structurally sound, and only use quality materials.

  • We specialize in wood and composite siding, but also work with vinyl and other materials. We also do soffit, fascia and trim.

  • We build concrete, slate, and stone sidewalks and pathways. We also build concrete and wooden steps and stairways. We build them right, safe and secure.
